Because our products are lovingly made in small, handcrafted batches, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time.
However, we’re here for you—if your order arrives damaged, is missing, or contains an error, please reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase date so we can make it right. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor refund or replacement requests made after this window.

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. This includes:
Combining multiple orders
Updating items or shipping info
Canceling the order after processing
Our handcrafted process begins shortly after you place your order, ensuring freshness, quality, and intentional care in every product we send.

We provide a full ingredient list for every product. Please review ingredients thoroughly to check for any known allergens or sensitivities before purchasing. While we stand behind the integrity of every ingredient we use, Harlow In Bloom is not liable for allergic or adverse reactions.
We strongly recommend performing a patch test prior to full use. When introducing multiple new products, try one at a time to monitor your skin’s response.

We understand that personal preferences vary. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for dislikes related to scents, textures, or color appearance.
Please store in a cool, dry place and do not introduce water to extend product life.
In warmer months, some of our whipped body butters may arrive softened or melted. This is natural and expected. To restore them, place the jar upright in a cool space or the refrigerator until it solidifies. The quality and effectiveness remain untouched. By ordering during hot weather, you acknowledge and accept this possibility.
