Q: Are your products natural?
A: We use natural and naturally-derived ingredients as often as possible. While some formulas may contain safe, skin-loving preservatives to ensure stability.

Q: How long do your products last?
A: Our products are freshest when used within 6–12 months. Because they’re free from heavy preservatives, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Q: My body butter arrived melted—what do I do?
A: No worries—this is totally normal in warmer months! Just pop it in the fridge upright for a few hours. It’ll solidify again, and the quality will remain intact.

Q: Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?
A: Many of our customers with sensitive skin love our products, but we always recommend doing a patch test first. Check the ingredient list and reach out if you need help choosing the right fit for you.

Q: Do you offer samples or trial sizes?

Q: Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
A: Many of our items are vegan, and all of them are cruelty-free. We never test on animals—only on ourselves, our families, and our willing best friends!

Q: I have a problem with my order. What do I do?
